Nicole Sturgil, Research Director in the Retail Banking & Cards Practice, TowerGroup
Nicole Sturgill is a Research Director in the Retail Banking & Cards practice at TowerGroup specializing in delivery channels. She has responsibility for research and advisory activities covering trends and developments in branches, ATMs, contact centers, online banking, mobile banking, and social media. Nicole’s areas of expertise, developed over 15 years in the financial services industry, include ATM strategy and processing, cash supply chain management, operational analysis, best practices, vendor management, and regulatory compliance.
Rodney G. Vesling, President and General Manager, SOFTPRO NA
Rod Vesling has financial and operational responsibility for SOFTPRO NA’s electronic signature and fraud prevention business units in the United States, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean. Prior to SOFTPRO, Rod was Senior Vice President and Officer of Interlink’s E-transactions business unit where he developed a reputation as an industry authority relating to esignatures and workflow automation. In addition, Rod has held management positions at both Plasmon (formally LMS, a division of Philips Electronics) and Eastman Kodak Company. He holds a Masters in Business Administration from the William E. Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester and an Economics degree from St. Lawrence University.
Alain Sarraf, CTO, SOFTPRO NA
Mr Sarraf joined SOFTPRO in 2003. In his previous role with the company as Executive Vice President Product Management and Marketing Sarraf was key to shaping SOFTPRO’s successful product strategy and positioning the company as a world market leader in both the automated verification and electronic contract processes markets. Sarraf holds a Masters degree in Computer Science from Concordia University, Montreal, Quebec, Canada. He began his career with Nortel Networks and has previously worked for other large multi-national companies such as Hewlett-Packard and Agilent Technologies.
